Learning about truffles.

We think that the best way to learn about truffles is on a truffle hunt. You see how the dogs find a truffle, how it's dug out, how to tell if it's a high grade truffle. You then understand a lot more about why they are expensive, and how to appreciate them when they appear on your menu. Book for a hunt here
